Our client had many digital properties that were already built, but accessibility was not an established feature. Our team worked with their team to assess their needs and establish that roadmap. We evaluated and identified the critical accessibility issues within each property – web, mobile, kiosk, and more – with the client to identify the major pain points that had the highest impact on the business and the end-user. Tamman’s charge was to identify issues, prioritize them based on severity and image the solutions after properties had already been built. Working on a strict budget, the client was not able to rebuild legacy applications from the ground up. Therefore, identifying, educating, testing and re-testing or really walking the journey with our client over several months was crucial to creating lasting impact.
